Our “People”
Matt is a Technical Support Specialist with more than four years’ experience supporting SaaS platforms, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and helping customers succeed through clear communication and effective problem-solving. Throughout his career, he’s worked extensively with Zendesk: managing ticket workflows, escalations, knowledge management, reporting, and customer support operations.
As the founder of Matt Jones, LLC, his mission is to help people learn how to use Zendesk confidently and effectively. Through training modules, practical examples, and real-world workflows, he help new users build confidence while learning the fundamentals of customer support operations.
He enjoys translating complex systems into simple, actionable solutions and is currently seeking to bring his technical support expertise, Zendesk knowledge, and customer-first mindset to the Support Team at ServiceTrade.
As the Senior VP of Eating, Zuma leads food strategy, treat acquisition, and bowl-level monitoring. She maintains strict standards regarding snack availability and is known for escalating meal delays immediately.
As the Senior of VP, Napping, Addi oversees all sleep-related operations, blanket testing, sunbeam analysis, and couch quality assurance. She believes every problem deserves a nap before escalation.
