With 8 teams there are 8 "elite" QBs to go around, and Allen-to-Burrow is a shallow drop. Gibbs-to-Breece is a cliff. Lock your 2 RBs and 3 WR/TEs before touching QB — Allen or Lamar in rounds 2–3 is the only exception worth making.
1 pt per 10 rush AND receiving yds from zero — a 100-yard game is 10 pts before any TD. Volume yardage players have huge floors; TD-only guys are overrated here.
TE fills the same flex slot as WR here. A Bowers or McBride-type earns the same yardage and TD points — they're ranked on the WR/TE board, not a separate weak TE tier.
Only TDs, shutouts, and safeties count — no sacks, no turnovers, almost no weekly floor. And with no free agency, there's no streaming: take the best shutout/TD defense left in R13–14 and live with it.
50–53 yds is +1, 54+ is +2 on top of the base 3. Big-leg kickers in domes or good weather separate from the pack more than in a standard league.
No free agency — you can't stream or churn the bench. Cover bye weeks and injuries with your picks: a QB2 is close to mandatory, and durable RB/WR depth beats boom-or-bust fliers you'd normally cut.
